The Quaker Meeting Houses Heritage Project is funded jointly by Britain Yearly Meeting and Historic England. It aims to give area meetings comprehensive information about meeting houses and associated burial grounds, including sustainability, vibrancy, history, place in community, structure and potential for multiple use. This will help area meetings to plan strategically; local authorities to weigh planning applications; Historic England to list properties and award grants; and Britain Yearly Meeting to keep records consistently.
