Meeting for Sufferings Arrangements Group facilitates and simplifies the working of Meeting for Sufferings. It advises the Clerks on the forward agenda, keeps under review the way information and papers are presented to the Meeting and the general conduct of the Meeting, monitors implementation and advises on the timing of any formal consultations.

From January 2023, the Arrangements Group are Robert Card (Clerk of MfS), Caroline Kibblewhite (Clerk of MfS Arrangements Group and Assistant Clerk of MfS), Ivan Hutnik (Surrey & Hampshire Border AM), Jean Scott Barr (Mid-Thames AM), Jane Wilde (Hampshire & Islands AM) and Siobhán Haire (Deputy Recording Clerk).
